‘The Court of Last Resort’ For the People has never been instituted, institutionalised By the People.

Man's history is replete with examples of how our progress has come about only through people passing Judgement on the streets when the System has failed to uphold its commitment to ensure the safety, security in private life for every citizen and instead serves but the personal interests of those entrusted with that sworn duty and have through a body of polity expressed their commitment to that service above all else.

It is not a whim of fancy or a sudden craving for attention that has me go public with this ‘Public Interest Litigation’ seeking Worldly Justice when the entire machinery no longer serves the People at large but a minority who see themselves as a superior class of people with divine sanction to rule the rest.

The reason I express myself and present my case here is the virtual murder of my Digital Identity by Digital India and then total inaction on offline postal complaint on something as the Aadhaar card being used as me, before I even received it for financial fraud.

The government of the day which turned this proof of residence card a data gathering tool of every individual's entire assets and only ID for accessing every Public and Private Service where any financial transaction is involved turning that private entity into a Quasi Government authority outside the purview of the Law has a responsibility to act on such a complaint not close the ticket saying all issues have been addressed.

The Government of India acts here as an accomplice to the crime acting as, it truly is today, nothing but a Criminal Enterprise run by Public Criminals.

The State has in fact created a ‘Deep State’ that it refers to as a product of the Opposition party’s making.

It has empowered investigative agencies, intelligence agencies to be above the purview of the Law of the Land. Passed Laws in Parliament without leaving any scope of discussion for the opposition parties to present their views to the people or record it for generations to come.

The Three Estates of the people have been turned into a three ring circus promoted by the Fourth Estate.

That is why the stand taken by the Fifth Estate now turns important. This is not about the many Nation States cobbled together into the One Republic of India not being able to function together as equals for population demographics, economic and social disparities, cultural disparities and language differences by giving primacy to repressive social practices, language and food choices of the few large most populous, least literate states and imposing those all the small Nation States that turned a part of this Republic under a Constitutional Contract meant to ensure equality of every citizen.

This is about ignoring that basic principle of all men being created equal and remaining equal being the founding principle of Democracy and the violation of ones Universal Rights as a Global Citizen.

Rights guaranteed to every human being to which principles we are bound as a signatory. A guarantor, bound to uphold the same.

A handful of nobodies conversant in English have turned knowledgable intellectuals to the illiterate multitude.

In short this is today a nation sold out to economic criminals into smuggling, hawala using the officially laundered monies parked in offshore accounts to buy into the nation and then own it by murdering dissent online or offline.

I state this without any doubt for my seesaw career has taken me into fields so diverse that studies on organized crime was a starting point to a lifelong engagement with civil society with an admiration that has not faded even when human failings turn one away.

The reality of BigShit Bharat is that there is no digital security in Digital India because that has been compromised by the Government of India to let a Mandarin play the Iron Man of India

Organized crime networks in India cannot be seen as separate from it's politicalsh parties, all of whom without exception play godfather to criminals and criminal gangs.

Permitting slums to create votebanks and then collecting rent creating vast amounts as unaccounted money.

Ministers turn landowners with proxies holding ownwrrship deeds till it can be transferred to the when Development plans reach fruition.

Criminal gang leaders run operations from the safe confines of prison cells as has caught international attention with government assassinations having gone global

It would be nice to hear from whistleblowers caught as illegal immigrants as to who and how they were facilitated to migrate with false papers.

I have had the experience at home of a well traveled Passport being issued to one else when playing caregiver had my sibling give up all invites to travel on formal assignments

All in all every State Machinery has turned suspect for divided loyalties to criminals playing political party abusing State privileges through public employees given postings in State Institutions when elected to power.

Arming party loyalists playing government servants in public services has never been so obviously against national interest as at this point where investigative agencies and intelligence agencies have been turned as being above the purview of the legal system and no Court, even the Supreme Court of India cannot sit in judgement of their actions.

Working as I do with an account compromised by the Government of India i will have to lay out all the evidence gathered, since the Covid outbreak, on this State Crime as and when there is a semblence of online security.

Great roadside snacks, imported goods sold cheap, genuine open hearted welcome from the impoversished were the positives.

Exaggerated damage reports leading to over funding from foreign nations and inequitable distribution of aid was what the report spoke of.

Little reporting of damages to the houses of the lower castes located at the far end of the villlages with higher castes speaking of no damages to their village

Then the relocation of entire villages having Muslims and Hindus relocated to separate villages
