Digital India and Organized Crime

This Government Elect come of the proceeds of organized crime with direct representation in its ranks should have sounded more informed on it or been able to act upon it if serious about being a government of for and by the people.

The fact remains that it is directly responsible for compromising cybersecurity of its much vaunted Digital India and is today without a doubt linked to cybercrime in effect across India.

The high profile cases of the leaders of the opposition parties, journalists, jurists, civil society only went onto expose its existence and tools used without getting into the how's and when and wherefores.

My personal experience culminating in understanding how begins when the COVID lockdown happened.

The COVID exposure app, that I still cannot get out of my even hacked phone even now on this device, networked Indians across the country. An ill considered move security wise and perfect for cybercrime.

The term Organized Crime is a misnomer, it is rather about criminal minded individuals networking together on projects with their own individual agenda in place employing professionals for an assignment.

With cybercrime one needs to go back to the origins of the Android Operating System devised by the One Handset Alliance.

The ethical manufacturers of those handsets, in the main no longer supply handsets to India and one Indian business house supposed to launch the cheapest has indefinitely shelved its plans.

From Device Identifiers of Keypad and Smartphones to the User Interface of Smartphones everything is compromised the minute you connect online to the time server. Everyinch of the Android operating system is compromised with device identifiers serving the purpose of having your device administered by a Virtual Machine playing Admin to your account.

Land ownership the true Seat of Power for anyone claiming the Divine Right to Rule has now broadened base everywhere with elect political parties claiming the right to dispense any country's assets to individuals with a plan to employ slaves to the machine.

The 1% that hold over 70% of India's assets are the new rulers. It would be interesting here to look at the antecedents of the one in the news being handed over every asset of the people.

Polishing Coal to sell it as the costliest family jewel for machohood?

Land grab, Land Mafia, be inalienable terms to Indian Politics. I reside in Mulavana Village the earliest industrial hub of Kerala, turned ghost village by the administration.

Administratively, we do not exist. We are Nedumonkavu even on Google. That's where? Kottarakara or Nallila? We are officially part of Ellampalloor Village administratively insignificant still

The government sits on huge swathes of land handed over to industries killed mainly by labour interest. The promised development will have to come before it is removed, with no foreseeable chance of being elected again.

Cyberpunks within and without the system seem hyperactive employing botnets and government privileges targeting any in the area through their device identifiers and rigged user interfaces on Android devices and fake security updates on Windows along with cheap laptops sold online with an administrator already in place and no bitlocker key.

Bharati Airtel, my mobile service provider, does not let me change my address it shows me as being in Delhi and Kundara has a criminal organization turned me an employee of theirs in Delhi through Airtel?

If this is legitimate State Surveillance shouldn't somebody have submitted an official order to Airtel?

BSNL & Vodafone cannot consider themselves exempt for I found I had to disable more than two' Sims and then disable my third sim to get out this cybercrime network stealing money from my accounts.

I find my phone calls to family being forwarded as 'conditional forwarding' with the response the number you have called is busy in Konkani or Marathi.

Am I wrong to assume a Government that stole Disaster Relief funds belonging to the people is now looting me?

The solution, according to some, is simple pay twenty thousand rupees to the hackers in Kochi and you will be liberated!

How's that being in the trade we know everybody else. We just have to tell them.

Is it time to look at the travelling VLoggers and YouTubers and crypto?

What of my digital death on Microsoft Google and ICloud should we bury those in a paupers grave?

When the System is weaponised against the People 'Device Identifier' records can turn every smart device of yours a hackers tool as I find with my Samsung TV.

Now, I work on a phone on which Google can't verify the phone number of the sim I am using. The mobile service operator Bharati Airtel has to surely provide some answers?

I now have to question the efficacy of #Gemini if it cannot flag a #cybercrime

And Sanchar Saathi the Government of India cybersecurity  website says I cannot report my own number as fake!

So who is 9187XXXX8647?

THATS NOT ME?

If that be BSNL 8714418647 BSNL Kundara told me it was no longer available to me or anyone else!

India is a vast country and all mobile service operators are not equally effective everywhere.

I was assigned to study the effectiveness of relief and rehabilitation funding in the aftermath of the Gujarat Earthquake and I found BSNL was the only truly functioning network.

I went to Delhi and found that useless with no range and adopted Vodafone I found my account hacked and switched to Airtel.

The Government says numbers in disuse are automatically cancelled.

Now what happens when I do not use the sim, make no payments who pays and keeps that active and how do I cancel that when I no longer have physical access to the sim?

Shouldn't the Government have asked every user to physically clarify status and maintain a video record as evidence? Especially when the ID Proof remains the same Passport Driving License or Aadhaar.

Now imagine my state when I finally take an Aadhaar Card after years after my biometrics failed to register way back when systems were probably imperfect.

I then find my aadhaar details used to change my Know Your Customer/Client details at the National Stock Exchange. I instruct the postal services to send that back unopened as compromised.

I get a signed stamped receipt from the Postmaster to that effect but not a peep from the authorities speaking in Parliament of an uncompromised security for that document of Digital India which is nothing but a Proof of Residence they use to collect data on every citizen without any accountability!

My profile identifier here is 'A' at other times I see 'C' which of them is me?

If the Criminal Government was not the criminal hacker maybe, just maybe, this blogspot would exposed cybercrime in India.

We will have to wait till India signs up to the UN Convention on Cybercrime Reporting for that to happen eh @RahulGandhi?

As I said this is a daily report, a journal of sorts on cybercrime as experienced by me in Digital India.

With every device having been hacked we bought a Lenovo ThinkPad, a renewed, Amazon Certified one, from Amazon India.

It came all ready for use with Windows 11 Pro and MSOffice Pro and a home screen that said Admin a profile pic saying sign in, logging in went smooth as butter. You had to just sign in to your Microsoft Account and it was ready to go.

Dig a bit and you have a virtual network already set up with access to files and print. Managed to uninstall the Office licensed to someone else and mentioned as illegal to use by anyone else.

Tried changing every other user setting on this device come without bitlocker keys. All seem to go fine even though the boot from usb for a clean install was blocked.

But, then one finds that the Developer edition and Intel Security blocked every attempt to transfer ownership

So which organization do buyers end up working for Amazon Certified ones?

We have declared ourselves to be against the concept of an Open Society I suppose keeping the Government publicly informed on Crimes Against the People when all manner of Private Communication has been taken over by cyber criminals turns me an anti national.

But, no one can say I did not try when all channels of communication have been closed.
